Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your registration for and use of the UWe mobile application and website.
1. About UWe
UWe is a pure connector platform operated by UWEINDIA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. We facilitate connections between users and independently licensed financial advisors. UWe does not provide financial advice, recommend specific products, or execute any financial transactions. All advice and transactions are handled solely by the advisors under their own ARN, IRDAI agent code, or other regulatory credentials.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to create an account and use the UWe Platform.
3. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and OTP. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during onboarding.
4. UWe GP Rewards Program
UWe GP are virtual loyalty or reward points issued solely by UWe. UWe GP have no intrinsic monetary value and do not constitute any form of currency, investment, security, or digital asset. Any displayed gold-like growth or market value is strictly illustrative and for entertainment and engagement purposes only. It does not represent any guaranteed return or real asset backing. GP may be redeemed for cash via UPI or partner jewellery vouchers, subject to lock-in periods, minimum thresholds, and availability. UWe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the GP program, earning rates, or redemption options at any time without prior notice.
5. Services
UWe provides tools for financial awareness, including daily quizzes, bill payments, government scheme enrollment such as PMJJBY and PMSBY, advisor discovery, and optional video consultations.
6. Advisor Interactions
All financial advice, product recommendations, and transactions are provided solely by the independent advisors. UWe is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any advice or transaction executed by advisors.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to manipulate the reward system or attempt to earn GP through fraudulent means, create fake accounts or provide false information, or use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UWe and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any advice or recommendations given by advisors, any financial products purchased or sold through advisors, any loss or damage related to UWe GP or its redemption, or any interruption, error, or technical issue in the Platform. UWe acts solely as a technology facilitator and connector.
9. Termination
UWe may suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion if you breach these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
