1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the UWe mobile application and website. By using UWe, you agree to these terms.

2. About UWe

UWe is a pure connector financial advisory marketplace. We connect users with verified advisors. All transactions are executed under the advisor’s own ARN code. UWe does not execute any financial transactions.

3. User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India.
  • You must provide accurate information.

5. Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are auto-renewing.
  • A 7-day cooling-off period applies for a full refund.
  • No pro-rata refund is available after 7 days.

6. Advisor Services

UWe is only a connector. All advice is from independent advisors. UWe is not liable for advisor recommendations.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Fraud, misuse of the GP system, harassment, and illegal activities are prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

UWe’s liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian laws. The courts in Chennai have jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of UWe means you accept the updated Terms.
