Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

• You can cancel anytime from app settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• 7-day cooling-off period: Full refund if no major service was used.
• After 7 days: No refund for the current billing cycle.
• GP earned during the subscription period is non-refundable.
• Completed consultations are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
